Holding Structure

Our Brands

Draconis Infrastructure, LLC is the parent company. Our customer-facing products and sales are delivered through specialised brands — while billing and payment processing are handled centrally.

How We Are Organised

A holding company, not a storefront

This corporate website does not sell packages or products directly. Draconis Infrastructure, LLC owns and operates a portfolio of specialised brands. Each brand runs on its own website, serves its own market, and is responsible for its own products, pricing and customer relationships. Draconis provides the shared foundation: capital, governance, engineering standards, security and compliance, and centralised finance — including payment processing on behalf of the brands.

Draconis Infrastructure, LLC — the parent

The holding entity. It sets standards, holds the brands, and acts as the central finance and payment-processing party. It does not, on this website, sell end-user products.

Specialised brands — the products

Each customer-facing offering — across data centers, cloud, telecommunications, AI and IT services — lives under a dedicated brand with its own website, terms and support.

Shared services — the foundation

Engineering practices, security and compliance posture, vendor relationships and centralised billing are operated once, by the parent, and made available to every brand.

Transparency

How payments work

Draconis Infrastructure, LLC processes payments centrally on behalf of its brands. If you purchase from one of our brands, your payment is collected by Draconis Infrastructure, LLC as the merchant of record — so the name you see on your card or bank statement may differ from the brand you bought from.

What you should expect on your statement

A purchase made on a brand website is processed centrally. The charge on your statement will appear under our payment descriptor:

  • Statement descriptor: DRACONIS INFRA
  • The descriptor identifies Draconis Infrastructure, LLC, the parent and payment-processing entity — not necessarily the individual brand name.
  • This is normal and expected: one merchant of record collects payments for all brands, alongside our B2B billing.
  • If a charge is unclear, the brand reference and order details are always shown on your invoice and order confirmation.

Centralising payments lets us maintain a single, well-governed finance and compliance function across the portfolio, rather than fragmenting it brand by brand.

Why central billing

One finance function, every brand

Consistent compliance

A single merchant of record means one consistent approach to payment security, tax handling, refunds and dispute resolution across all brands.

Simpler B2B billing

Enterprise customers working with more than one brand can be billed and reconciled under one accountable entity — Draconis Infrastructure, LLC.

Clear accountability

Whichever brand you buy from, there is one parent company standing behind the transaction, the invoice and the support relationship.
