Data Deletion Request
How to ask us to delete personal data we hold about you, how long it takes, and what we are required by law to keep.
Last updated: 21 August 2026
This page explains how to ask Draconis Infrastructure, LLC ("Draconis", "we", "us") to delete personal data we hold about you, what happens after you ask, and what we are legally required to keep. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes your rights in full.
1. What this page covers
It covers personal data held by Draconis Infrastructure, LLC — the correspondence you send us, data collected through this corporate website, and the central billing records we keep for payments processed on behalf of our brands. This corporate website has no user accounts and no login, so there is no account to close here.
If your request concerns a service operated by one of our brands (for example Hostragons or Cluvon), you can send it to us and we will route it to the operator of that service, or you can contact that brand directly. Tell us the brand, the product, and the account or domain concerned.
For Hostragons Customer Account deletion requests: please see the Account Deletion — Hostragons Client Area page.
2. Data we may hold about you
- Messages you send us — your name, email address, company and the content of your enquiry, from our contact form or from email and phone contact.
- Website usage data — if you consented to analytics cookies, aggregated and pseudonymised usage statistics collected through Google Analytics. If you opted in to advertising cookies, Google and its advertising partners may hold advertising data governed by Google's own policies.
- Billing records — invoices, transaction records and related correspondence for payments processed centrally by Draconis.
3. How to submit a deletion request
Email info@draconisinfrastructure.com with "Data deletion request" in the subject line, and include:
- your full name;
- the email address you used when contacting us (and any other address the data may be under);
- what you would like deleted — for example all correspondence, a specific message, or data relating to a particular brand, product, account or domain; and
- whether you are making the request yourself or as an authorised agent for someone else.
Please do not include passwords, full payment card numbers or other sensitive credentials in your message. We may ask you for information that lets us verify your identity, so that we do not delete or disclose someone else's data by mistake. Submitting a request is free of charge, and you will not be treated less favourably for exercising your rights.
4. What happens next
- We aim to acknowledge your request within one business day.
- We verify your identity, and where necessary an agent's authority to act for you.
- We complete verified requests within 30 days, and in any event within the period required by applicable law — one month under the GDPR (extendable by two further months for complex requests, in which case we will tell you) and 45 days under the CCPA/CPRA (extendable once by a further 45 days).
- We confirm in writing what was deleted and what, if anything, we had to keep and why.
5. What we may have to keep
Some data cannot be deleted on request because we are required or permitted by law to retain it. This includes payment, invoicing and accounting records kept for tax, accounting and anti-fraud purposes for the periods required by law; records needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim; and the minimum information needed to record that you asked us not to contact you or to keep a fraud or abuse prevention record. Anything outside those categories is deleted or anonymised, as described in the "Data Retention" section of our Privacy Policy.
6. Deleting cookie data yourself
You can remove the data stored on your own device at any time, without contacting us:
- Use the "Manage cookies" control shown on every page — or open cookie preferences — to switch off analytics, functional or advertising cookies. Turning a category off stops the corresponding scripts from loading and clears the analytics cookies we can reach.
- Delete cookies and site data through your browser's privacy settings.
- Review or switch off Google ad personalisation at My Ad Center, and opt out of Google Analytics measurement with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Details of every cookie category are in our Cookie Policy.
7. If you are not satisfied
If you are in the EEA or the UK and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. California residents may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General.
