Mobile Games Privacy Notice

This Mobile Games Privacy Notice explains how Draconis Infrastructure, LLC ("Draconis", "we", "us" or "our") handles information in the Android games we publish on Google Play. It covers the following releases and supplements our main Privacy Policy.

1. Games covered by this notice

Free games supported by advertising:

2. Offline play and information stored on your device

The games can be played without creating an account. Career progress, settings, local save files, unlocked content and similar gameplay data are stored on your device. This local data is not sent to Draconis merely because you play. You can delete it using the in-game reset option, Android's clear-storage control or by uninstalling the game. Uninstalling can permanently remove progress that has not been backed up.

3. Advertising in the five free games

The five free games identified above use Google Mobile Ads to display banner, interstitial or, where the player expressly chooses it, rewarded advertising. Google and its advertising partners may collect and share the following categories through the advertising SDK:

• Approximate location, such as a broad area inferred from an IP address;
• App interactions, such as ad views and taps;
• Diagnostics, such as information used to measure performance and detect technical or fraudulent activity; and
• Device or other identifiers, including the Android advertising identifier when it is available.

These categories may be used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security and legal compliance. Data is encrypted in transit. The advertising SDK may perform limited processing needed to deliver, measure and protect ads even where personalised advertising is unavailable. The free games do not ask for precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, health information or payment-card details.

Where applicable law requires consent, the games use Google's User Messaging Platform to show privacy choices before requesting personalised advertising. A permanent privacy-options control lets you revisit that choice. You can also reset or delete the advertising identifier through Android settings. 4. The five paid games

The five paid games identified above contain no advertising SDK, analytics SDK or Android advertising-ID permission. Their released versions do not send gameplay or local-save data to Draconis. Google Play processes the initial app purchase, download and licence checks under Google's own terms. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

5. Support information

If you contact us for help, we process your email address, the contents of your message and any diagnostic details you choose to provide so that we can investigate and respond. Do not send a password, advertising identifier, purchase token or full payment-card number.

6. Why information is processed

Information described above is processed to provide and secure the games, deliver and measure ads in the five free games, detect fraud and abuse, diagnose technical problems, answer support requests and comply with legal obligations. Where consent is required, consent is the legal basis for personalised advertising; necessary security and non-personalised ad processing may rely on legitimate interests or another basis permitted by law.

7. Service providers and international transfers

Google Play distributes all ten games and processes paid-app transactions. Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform operate only in the five free games. These providers may process information in the United States or other countries under their own terms and applicable transfer safeguards. Draconis does not sell the games' personal information for money.

8. Retention and security

Local saves remain on your device until you reset the game, clear its storage or uninstall it. Google determines retention for advertising and Play transaction data under its policies and your account settings. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, protect the service and meet legal obligations. We use transport encryption and access controls, although no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

9. Children

The games are designed for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child supplied personal information to us, contact us and we will investigate and delete it where required.

10. Your choices and rights

You may delete local data as described above, revisit advertising privacy choices from a free game's privacy-options control, and use Android's advertising-privacy settings. You may also ask for access to or deletion of support information linked to you. Email info@draconisinfrastructure.com with "Game privacy request" in the subject line and include the game name and the email used to contact us. 11. Changes and contact
