Draconis Infrastructure, LLC is a holding company operating six connected disciplines — from physical data centers to applied artificial intelligence. Customer-facing products are delivered through our specialised sub-brands; this page describes the underlying capabilities those brands are built on.

One holding company, six operating disciplines

Each discipline below stands on its own, yet they are designed to reinforce one another — data centers host the cloud, the cloud carries the network, the network connects the AI, and our IT and digital-infrastructure practices keep it all running. Engagements are typically B2B, and commercial terms are handled through the relevant brand. Payments for our brands are processed centrally under Draconis Infrastructure, LLC.

01 — Data Centers

Data center facilities and colocation

Our data center discipline is the physical foundation of everything else we do. We focus on the disciplines that keep critical compute online: power and cooling design, structured cabling, physical access control, and the operational procedures that govern a live facility around the clock.

Colocation engagements range from a few rack units to private cages and dedicated suites, with cross-connects into the carriers and clouds our customers already use. We treat capacity planning, power budgeting and change management as first-class concerns rather than afterthoughts.

Where we do not yet operate an owned site in a given region, we partner with established facility operators so customers always know exactly where their equipment sits. We do not publish facility addresses or audit claims we cannot substantiate.

02 — Cloud Computing

Cloud compute, storage and managed platforms

We deliver compute and storage as on-demand services running on the infrastructure we operate. Customers can provision virtual machines, block and object storage, and private networks, then scale them as demand changes — without owning or maintaining the underlying hardware.

For teams that want a managed path, we run platform services such as container orchestration, managed databases and backup targets, with clear separation between tenants. Hybrid arrangements are common: keep regulated or latency-sensitive workloads close to home and burst the rest.

Our emphasis is operational clarity — predictable performance, transparent resource accounting, and migration paths that do not lock customers in. We size and price based on real usage, not aspirational figures.

03 — Telecommunications

Connectivity, transport and interconnection

Connectivity is what turns isolated systems into infrastructure. We design and operate the links that move traffic between customer sites, our facilities and the wider internet, working with established carriers and exchange points rather than overstating a network we do not own.

Services include IP transit, point-to-point and point-to-multipoint transport, and interconnection into peering fabrics and cloud on-ramps. We help customers reason about routing, redundancy and failover so a single fiber cut or upstream issue does not become an outage.

For organisations running their own networks, we provide engineering support around addressing, BGP, and capacity — paired with monitoring that surfaces problems before users feel them.

04 — Artificial Intelligence

Infrastructure for AI workloads

Our artificial intelligence practice is grounded in infrastructure rather than hype. Training and serving modern models demands dense compute, fast storage and high-bandwidth networking — exactly the foundations our other disciplines provide. We help customers stand up and operate that foundation.

That includes provisioning accelerated compute, building data pipelines that feed training and inference, and deploying models behind stable, monitored serving endpoints. We work alongside customer data-science teams, handling the platform and operations so they can focus on the models themselves.

We are deliberately conservative about claims: we describe what a given deployment can do, measured on the customer's own data, and we do not promise outcomes we cannot demonstrate.

Managed IT and day-two engineering

Standing infrastructure up is only the beginning; keeping it healthy is the longer commitment. Our IT services discipline covers the day-two work that production systems require — patching, monitoring, incident response, backups and the steady operational hygiene that prevents small issues from becoming outages.

We also run migration and modernisation projects: moving workloads between data centers and clouds, consolidating fragmented systems, and replacing brittle manual processes with documented, automated ones. Each engagement starts with an honest assessment of the current state.

Support is structured around clear responsibilities and response expectations, so customers know who owns what and when they will hear from us during an incident.

06 — Digital Infrastructure

The platform layer that ties it together

Digital infrastructure is the connective tissue across the other five disciplines — the automation, observability and security that turn individual systems into a coherent, governable platform. It is where our holding-company structure pays off, because the same practices apply consistently across our brands.

We build infrastructure-as-code so environments are reproducible and auditable, centralise logging and metrics so problems are visible, and apply security controls — identity, segmentation and least privilege — as defaults rather than exceptions. The goal is infrastructure that teams can reason about and trust.

For customers, this means fewer surprises: changes are tracked, capacity is understood, and the platform evolves through deliberate engineering rather than accumulated improvisation.
