Cluvon account deletion
How to delete your Cluvon login and request deletion of other personal information.
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This page applies to Cluvon Yeni Nesil Blog (com.draconisinfrastructure.cluvon), published by Draconis Infrastructure, LLC. Free reading does not require an account. These account steps apply only to app versions that offer an email-and-password account.
Before you delete: subscriptions and access
Deleting your login does not cancel a subscription or issue a refund. If you want to stop renewal, manage the subscription where you purchased it: Google Play subscriptions or Apple subscriptions. For an Amazon Appstore purchase, manage renewal in your Amazon account's app subscriptions. For a direct Draconis purchase, use the subscription-management option where available or email us for help before deleting your login. A request to cancel renewal and a request to delete personal data are separate requests.
A deleted login cannot be used to check or restore its account-based Pro access. Creating another account, even with the same email address, does not automatically transfer that access. If you have an active subscription, contact us first if you need help managing it. You can continue free reading without an account.
Delete the login from the app
- Open Settings and then Cluvon Pro.
- Open the account screen using the account button. Sign in with the email address and password for the account you want to delete.
- Select Request account deletion.
- Enter your current password, confirm the warning and submit. The app checks the password again before requesting deletion.
- Wait for the app to confirm that the login was deleted. If it reports a timeout or error, do not assume deletion completed; contact us if you cannot determine the result.
The password check protects against someone else deleting your account. If you forgot it, request a password reset from the sign-in screen. An account awaiting email verification can also request login deletion.
What this removes and what it leaves
When Firebase confirms the request, it removes the Firebase Authentication login used for Cluvon, including the email-and-password sign-in account. If you use that same sign-in in another Draconis app, deletion may also prevent you from signing in there. Contact us first if you are unsure whether the account is shared. Signing out, uninstalling the app or clearing its storage does not by itself delete that online login.
The in-app action does not automatically remove separate payment-customer links, subscription and transaction records, service logs or support messages. Billing and legal records may need to be kept for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal claims. To request deletion of other information held by Draconis, including links to a billing account, use the email route below. We review the request and explain what can be deleted and what must be retained.
Saved articles, reading history and preferences stay on the device. Clear them using app controls or the operating system's clear-storage option. Uninstalling removes the local installation's data; remove any device backups separately. Store and advertising-provider records follow those providers' policies and privacy controls.
Request deletion without app access
Email info@draconisinfrastructure.com with Cluvon account deletion in the subject. Include the email address used for the account and tell us whether you want the login deleted, other personal information deleted, help with a subscription, or a combination. If possible, send the request from the account's email address. You can also ask to delete particular information without deleting the entire login.
Do not send your password, authentication codes, full card number or unneeded private documents. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership and clarify the request. Sending an email is a request for review; it does not instantly delete an account or cancel renewal. We respond and handle applicable privacy rights under the law that applies to your request, and explain any records we must retain.
